We are pleased to introduce ourselves as "Reliable Transoil Testing Laboratory (NABL Accredited) for Testing of Transformer Oil".
Our laboratory is established in the year 2011, with the head Office at Nerul Navi Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra. The laboratory is accredited to NABL since 2013.We are stringently adhering to IS 17025:2005 in our laboratory. adhering All our equipment is calibrated on regular basis.This equipment is handled by qualified, experienced, and trained staff.We are providing our oil testing service for transformers to state electricity generation and transmission companies, power plants, transformer manufacturers, steel chemical industries, electrical industries, and utilities serving more than 400 H. T. customers.
Our evaluation of the transfer oil is based on more than twenty years of expertise in transfer oil testing and is highly regarded in the industry as well as in industries.All these efforts have put our laboratory in the niche class & among very few laboratories on a national standard.We have tested more than Ten Thousand Transformers Oil samples in the last 4 years.

The NABL has been established to provide Govt. Industry Associations and Industry in general with a scheme for the
third-party accreditation of the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.NABL provides laboratory accreditation services to laboratories that have proven to work in accordance with NABL-Criteria based on ISO/IEC 17025:2005 our laboratory is one of the very few to seek such accreditation in the country thus establishing strict norms of quality control accepted internationally.

fault-free operation of transformers is a factor of major economic importance and safety in power supply utilities and industrial consumers of electricity.Regular sampling & testing of Insulating oil taken from the transformer is a valuable technique in a preventive maintenance program. Analyzing insulating oil taken from the transformer is a unique way of identifying the problem occurring within a transformer If a fault is found at an early stage, an outage can be planned and the fault can be rectified before major damage to the transformer.
By detecting faults at an early stage, we can help to reduce unplanned outages and improve plant reliability. It is desirable to monitor the condition Of the transformer oil by accurate testing and to take remedial measures before the oil reached a point
of a deterioration beyond which failure of the transformer can be expected.

Purpose of Oil Testing
The health of costly equipment like power transformers can be monitored only by studying the condition of the oilin transformer.
Even the opening of transformer and the visual inspection cannot give the true picture. The Indian Standard institution has specified the methods of tests to be carried out on the transformer oil and has standardized the permissible limit satisfactory for use in its publication no. IS:1866-2000. This publication has also suggested the periodicity of tests to be carried out on transform oil.
The periodical condition monitoring of the transformer oil with Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) helps to detect the incipient developing faults in the transformer. It also saves you the cost of filtration of oil which may not be needed in case of good condition of oil.
The Transformer oil testing should be carried out on a periodical basis as per ls: 1866-2000 Code of practice for maintenance and Supervision Of Mineral insulating oil in electrical equipment. Since all the plant's Transformers oil is to test within one year, please intimate us of the oil collection & time submission of the report.
